Seahawks Waive Chase Reynolds

Well that didn't take long.

In a very hurried post-lockout NFL preseason, and an even more hectic free agency period, Griz superstar Chase Reynolds was waived by the Seattle Seahawks on Monday.

I was just having a discussion with a few people around the station how Chase would make a solid NFL special teams guy. That's not likely to happen with the Seahawks, who are already very heavy at the running back position, and are in the midst of dramatic rebuilding.

Chase has NFL-caliber talent, as you know more than I do since you got to see him make magic at Grizzly Stadium in person. Here's to hoping another NFL team claims him to help bolster their roster.
