All the sports that have been on TV lately have put me in the chip and dip kind of food and my husband in a buffalo chicken wing kind of me. To tell you the truth, he is always in the buffalo chicken wing kind of mood. I swear he and my boys could eat them three times a week.

While leisurely perusing Pinterest, I ran across this recipe that seems to mesh the best of both worlds. This recipe takes the spicy buffalo chicken goodness and mixes it with a delicious cheese dip. This is great for any get together, not just a game, and it’s pretty easy to make too.

Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip

4 cups cooked chicken, diced and cooled

2 packages cream cheese, soft

1/2 cup Cholula hot sauce

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup bleu cheese dressing

3/4 cup mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Mix cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, bleu cheese dressing and mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Add the chicken to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined. Now spoon the entire mixture into a casserole dish and sprinkle the parmesan on top. Bake for 25–30 minutes at 350 degrees.
