Stone Sour Release “Absolute Zero” Video

Checked out the new Stone Sour video. Got to say, it was a little trippy. The whole time watching was spent wondering what the hell was going on. Turns out Corey Taylor wrote the entire album House of Gold and Bone to follow a storyline. So much so that he has even considered making the album’s concept into a movie. From the looks of the video, the movie would be somewhere along the lines of “Requiem for a Dream.” LSD anyone?

The clip for ‘Absolute Zero’ definitely offers some interesting creativity as the main character is stuck in some sort of other-worldly realm. Within this realm, two versions of Stone Sour perform the track throughout the area; one colored grey and the other colored gold. The man is presented with a choice, represented by two buttons in the respective colors of Stone Sour’s dueling identities
