When my grandkids ask me "Grandpa, what were your favorite bands growing up?" I guarantee you that Sublime will be near the top of that list. Back in 2010, when I heard that Sublime reunited with the help of their new singer, Rome, I s#!t myself with joy. Later that year when I heard that Sublime w Rome was making a stop in Missoula. I not only s#!t myself, but I also needed a mop. Just hearing the words "Sublime in Missoula" made me giggle like a little girl.

During their last performance at the Wilma, they played all the classic Sublime hits you know and love. Now ,with their return to Missoula, you will get to experience some of their new material mixed in. According to the official press release: "Founding members of Sublime, drummer Bud Gaugh and bass player Eric Wilson after 14 years, have officially taken to the stage once again; with new frontman, singer/guitarist Rome. Dubbed Sublime with Rome, the group will reintroduce themselves and Sublime’s music to fans across the country.  Rome, a 21-year-old northern California native, was introduced to Gaugh and Wilson in 2008. Last year, a handful of jam sessions led to an impromptu show at a small club in Nevada flooring a packed-house crowd later officially announcing themselves as Sublime with Rome.  One of the most notable and successful ska-punk bands of all time, Sublime has sold over 17 million albums worldwide with the group’s music remaining in constant radio rotation across the country. Formed in Long Beach in 1988, Sublime’s final performance was in the spring of 1996."

To make the deal even sweeter, Former member of House of Pain, Everlast will be your opening act.
