When you're a professional athlete, you're constantly in the spotlight. So, if something big happens, you should probably brush up on your knowledge just in case the situation arises where you're asked to comment.

No matter where you are, the national anthem is a big deal. It seems that the U.S.' national anthem is even a big deal in Canada. That's right, even in Canada!

We live in a day and age where a lot of people have their cell phones on them constantly and at the ready. While frustrating sometimes to see that, it has given us some shocking images of current events. The most recent were the shootings Wednesday at the Canada's Parliament Hill and the War Memorial in Ottawa.

Caitlin Prater-Haacke, a high school student in Airdrie, Alberta, was bullied a few weeks ago on Facebook. Someone posted on her page telling her to die. Pretty brutal. But instead of responding in a negative way, Caitlin did just the opposite.

The ninth International Choral Festival is July 17-20 in Missoula, and officials are getting a little nervous that 150 of the over 600 visitors still have no host families, and so the call for volunteers is increasing.
