The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration released new numbers this month, showing that Montana remains number one in the nation for the amount of traffic fatalities per capita.
At approximately 1:15 a.m. on Monday, September 23, the male driver of a Ford F-150 pickup truck traveling west on Interstate 90 lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the guardrail, sending the truck's rear axle and a drum of diesel fuel into the Clark Fork River.
