Echols is one of the West Memphis Three, a trio of young men who were convicted of murder without solid evidence to back it up. The fourth annual Revolver Golden Gods Awards are set to invade Los Angeles on April 11, with Marilyn Manson on deck to perform his first show in almost three years at the event.
