For those of you that don't know me too well. I am kind of a culinary geek. I love hooking up gourmet food at home, just to prove to myself that I can do it. I am almost as bad as Stan's Dad off of South Park. I will watch Food Network like someone watching porn. Too have a delicacy like Morel Mushrooms abundantly available in our area, for free, is a opportunity I could not miss.
