Now that Spring is here it’s time for get-togethers, back yard barbecues and picnics. It seems that there’s always something that needs to be thrown together to bring for everyone to enjoy.
My family and I just absolutely loves a local noodle shop. My favorite dish there is a chicken noodle dish with veggies. It’s one of the few places we go that I just can’t help myself but lick the bowl clean.

I made this cake twice last week. I got the idea from the back of the cake box. It had a recipe in which you baked two cakes and put the cake together as you normally would, except you would put the can of pie filling in the middle of the cake layers and only frost the top. I tried this and it tasted great, but most of the cherries slopped over the side of the cake and made a huge mess.
