Comedic hair metal heroes Steel Panther have the chops to steal the show wherever they decide to drop their equipment, but in one of the strangest pieces of news we've heard this year, Steel Panther have kinda been invited to wreak havoc on a celebrity wedding. Sunset Strip dwellers Steel Panther have scored a plum hometown gig. The delightfully throwback-ish band will open for Guns N’ Roses at the Forum in Los Angeles tomorrow, Dec. 21. The tongue-in-cheek glam revivalists just wrapped a U.K. trek with Motley Crue and Def Leppard and will cap off a stellar 2011 with this GN’R gig.
