Checked out the new Stone Sour video. Got to say, it was a little trippy. The whole time watching was spent wondering what the hell was going on. Turns out Corey Taylor wrote the entire album House of Gold and Bone to follow a storyline. So much so that he has even considered making the album's concept into a movie. STP has always held a small part of my music library. I have been a fan of the band since their 1994 album, "Purple." I remember using paper route money and riding my Huffy to the local record store and picking up the album back in 94', along with Soundgarden's "Superunknown" and Alice In Chains' "Self Titled", and jamming out to one of my first experiences with "Grunge." STP was on the borderline of "grunge", not like the Seattle bands. But I still enjoyed Scott Weiland's drug inspired lyrics.

One of the last videos I remember seeing on MTV, before it turned into the "Knocked Up Teens" channel, was today's pick. It seemed to play every hour around the same time the movie Terminator 2 reached its popularity. "T2" was one of the first badass movies to be released in the 90's.
