Testament, Overkill, Flotsam and Jetsam Team Up For Dark Roots of Thrash

The live noise gods are smiling upon us again. Dark Roots of Thrash 2013, featuring Testament, Overkill, Flotsam and Jetsam, and 4Arm is coming to a city relatively near you. February 23 in Minneapolis, February 25 in Denver, and folks in Salt Lake City can have a magic-undie bunchin' good time on February 26. Salt Lake? Drivable. Minne, Denver, and SLC reachable directly via Missoula International? Damn skippy.

Testament and Overkill both put out scorching records in 2012 (Dark Roots of Earth and Electric Age, respectively). Flotsam are working on new material, and keep their website stocked with video archives & studio updates (you can even see some vintage Jason Newsted from his pre-Metallica days! You'll wonder how anyone made it out of the 1980s, but it's cool nonetheless). I'll confess: I know nothing about 4Arm, so feel free to educate me here or on the Blaze Facebook page.
