We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day for some good ol' fashioned Easter egg hunting. Our friends with the Missoula Maulers and Garden of Readin put on yet another epic eggstravganza again this year. We were proud to help with the festivities, as over 30,000 eggs were spread across the oval at the University of Montana.

For me, it was special as this year my son was old enough to understand the mission he was about to embark on. As we waited for the countdown, the tension grew. After the go ahead was given, the little soldiers took to the playing field like a pastel colored mosh pit. Within 90 seconds, the field was entirely clean. Some kids had eggs containing carousel rides, while others found eggs that was redeemable for a brand new bike. It was a sight to see.

All I can say is, whether you are a parent or not. Plan on bringing a kid (niece, nephew, little bro/sis)  to next year's event. You won't want to miss the organized chaos. Plus you get to reap the benefits of your egg hunters bounty.

For everyone who attended this year's event. Keep a close eye out to the following video for sightings of your "curtain climber" helping clean up all them eggs.
