Yesterday (5/13) in South Glens Falls, New York, a gust of wind blew a family's bouncy house 50 feet into the air, injuring the three children inside.

Two little boys, ages 5 and 6, fell out of the bouncy when it reached around 15 feet in the air, one of them suffering a traumatic head injury after falling on to a vehicle, the other with two broken arms and serious facial wounds. There was also a 10-year-old girl who fell out and suffered minor injuries and scrapes.

My first thought when I saw this was 'DAMN! You didn't secure this thing?" However the family says that the bouncy belongs to a family in their apartment complex, who they claim secured the play house safely in to the ground.

As a parent, I can't even fathom witnessing this horror. And as you can see, somebody who witnessed went ahead and caught some photos. Apparently this type of bouncy house incident is not uncommon in the U.S.
