Two 18 year-old Missoula men, Patrick Sobba and Marc Cooper have been charged with felony burglary after allegedly forcing their way into the Sigma Nu fraternity house in Missoula and assaulting several people inside.

Missoula Deputy County Attorney Jordan Kilby says Nicholas Connor told police that Sobba and Cooper were first refused entry to the house, then returned later with two other men, pushed their way into the home and physically assaulted some of the individuals inside. Connor said the men left when they heard sirens approaching the house.

Court records say Connor provided a description of the suspects and accompanied police during a search of the area. The men were apprehended and charged with felony burglary.

Sobba and Cooper are in the Missoula County jail on $50,000 bond. They will appear in Missoula Justice Court Monday afternoon.
