The investigation into the November 27 undercover drug sting shooting has landed two more suspects in the Missoula County jail.

Justin Michael Holds The Enemy, 31 and Rachelle Jo Kolden, 31, both appeared in Missoula Justice Court via video from the jail. Holds The Enemy was charged with felony conspiracy to commit robbery, while Kolden was charged with two felonies, conspiracy to commit robbery and criminal distribution of dangerous drugs.

According to court records, Holds The Enemy was at the scene of the 'drug rip' in front of Gold's Gym, and when Joshua Robinson and the undercover drug detective opened fire, wounding each other, Holds The Enemy fled the scene. He was placed in the Missoula County jail on $150,000 bond.

Court documents indicate that Rochelle Kolden was involved in arranging the drug buy along with fellow suspect Jazmine Beehler, and also allegedly actively helped to plan the robbery of the undercover detective. Judge Karen Orzech also remanded Kolden to the jail on $150,000 bond.

The undercover officer was released from the hospital late last week after being shot in the leg by Robinson, who was shot in the arm during the incident.

The Montana Criminal Investigation Division is in charge of investigating the shooting itself, while other agencies are handling the drug investigation.

Missoula Police Detective Sergeant Scott Pastian said the latest arrests took place over the weekend.

"After the shooting, the police department and other agencies continued their investigation," Pastian said. "On Sunday, December 1, we arrested Rochelle Kolden, a Missoula resident, and Justin Michael Holds The Enemy, also a Missoula resident."
