Here's the latest on the Medicine Man fire burning near Billings, Montana. This info came from Lt. Kent O'Donnell, the interim director of Yellowstone County Disaster and Emergency Services, on Sunday:

Thankfully again weather was conducive overnight for fire suppression.  There was some fire activity last night, most was in prior burned areas.  Saturday afternoon crews made good progress establishing solid fire lines.  A back burn was very successful on the western line.  Additional hand crews were added to the effort yesterday.  Active Fire and Fire activity will be visible on the southern side near the intersection of Lipp Rd/Buffalo Trail.  This is non threating and not of serious concern.  The Medicine Man Fire is estimated over 450+ acres, hard work has given an estimated 70% containment.  Man power is around 90 Firefighters with crews continually rotating in/out.  Thank you to all agencies involved in this cooperative effort.  It was asked yesterday if there were any residences evacuated.  No evacuations have been issued and non are expected.  Solid progressive head way is being made.
