US 93 south of Lost Trail Pass has been cleared of a rock fall. However, US 12 on the Idaho side of Lolo Pass remains closed due to avalanche danger.

The Highway 93 rock fall was onto the southbound lanes between Twin Creek Road in Idaho and Lost Trail Pass, about 40 miles north of Salmon. It was cleared by Friday morning, according to the Idaho Department of Transportation website.

Meanwhile, US 12 over Lolo Pass was closed, due to danger of an avalanche between Lowell and Powell.
