If you are like me and have a freezer full of elk burger. You have run into a bunch of people that tell you that they don't like Venison. I have run into people in the past that have not been obviously raised in Montana. People who think that eating Venison is like eating a pigeon. You have to either A. trick them or B. disguise the meat so that htey cannot tell. I cannot tell you how many times I have lied though my teeth to someone I know would turn down a free meal if they knew it was wild game. Even though Elk meat doesn't have as much "nastiness" as your average pound of beef. But sometimes you need to be sneaky and slip some gourmet into there chow. I recommend the Venison Fajitas. It is Heaven In Your Mouth!
