Washington State Man Arrested in Missoula for Drug Related Deliberate Homicide [DOCUMENT]

Bobby Jerome Bilderback, 44, was arrested in Missoula on Monday on a nationwide fugitive warrant out of Washington state.

Court documents indicate that Bilderback is wanted for controlled substance homicide, distribution of methamphetamine to a person under 18 years of age, unlawful disposal of remains, and possession of methamphetamine.

Bilderback is suspected in the drug-related death of 17 year-old Donavin Stapert of Malden, Wash.

He appeared in Missoula Justice Court on Tuesday afternoon, and according to the warrant, no bail has been set.
