We all know that one person, the one who somehow ended up with a handicap parking permit, even though they are completely able bodied, and they actually use it.

And then there are the a-holes of the world who don't even have the permit, they park where ever they want without any consideration of others. Sorry, being fat and lazy does not constitute being handicapped.
