You don't mess with a mama bear's cubs, especially on Mother's Day weekend. Check out these tourists who got too close to some black bear cubs at the Gardiner section of Yellowstone National Park.

In a bear situation, one of the most dangerous places you can be is between a mother and her cubs. The Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks posted the following advice on Facebook.

FWP videographer Winston Greely recently captured this footage of a black bear sow and her cubs near Gardiner. It serves as a reminder that wildlife can be unpredictable. For your safety and theirs, respect wildlife and give them room to roam.

View and photograph from established observation areas. Stay a safe distance to reduce stress on wildlife. Luckily, no one was hurt and these bears made it safely back to the forest.
