We are proud to present The Civil Unrest Tour, featuring Wayne Static, at The Wilma. We do want to let you know that we were originally under the impression that the Butte stop would be the only Montana date for this tour. However,  there was such a high demand from Missoula, the bands agreed to make an additional stop. Great work at making your voices heard and let's get out and support Walking Corpse Syndrome at the Butte show.

Jade Presents on Wayne Static:

Wayne Static is the enigmatic former frontman and namesake of Static-X, now forging a successful solo career. Wayne Static is considered the Terminator of contemporary rock music with his signature blunt-force-trauma melding of industrial rock, thrash metal, and futuristic disco, which is nothing if not cybernetic. But when you look back at Wayne Static’s 14-year legacy, the comparison goes beyond the music; having weathered musical trends, survived lineup shifts, and even severed long-time creative partnerships to emerge as a streamlined metallic machine.

Wayne Static’s first solo studio album, Pighammer, was released through Dirthouse Records in October of 2011. "The 'Pighammer' concept conjures up bizarre images," Static explains. "It's about a mad plastic surgeon, with a pig fetish, that likes to convert hot chicks into pigs. It is the total opposite of what a plastic surgeon would do. He has this crazy hammer device made from a pig foot. The images of the surgery in the CD package are only a dark comedic visualization of the real theme of the album, which is my transformation."
