Women’s Self Defense Class – Free Admission

Members of Missoula's Dogpound Fight Team are holding a 'Women's Fighting Chance' seminar this Saturday for free.

Matt Powers and certified local female fight instructors will be conducting the 4 hour course designed to help women defend themselves during an attack. It starts at 10 a.m. Saturday (December 13th) at Gold's Gym.

The class is completely free thanks to local sponsors Paul Ryan & Associates, Stockman's bar, Zip Beverage (Bud Light), Zion Sports Drinks and Max Muscle.
