The body of Kenzley Ava-LeAnn Olson, a 1 year old Native American female child was found in Poplar early on Wednesday afternoon. Public Information Officer Lee Allmer said one person is being questioned, but no charges have yet been filed. The FBI and Fort Peck Tribal police, along with the Roosevelt County Sheriff's Office are all investigating the child's death.

Authorities have made contact with the two adult suspects and have ascertained that they are not involved in the child's abduction. For this reason, the Amber Alert in North Dakota has been cancelled, however, the search continues in Montana.

Public Information Officer for the Roosevelt County Sheriff's Office, Lee Allmer, said the child was taken from her home by person or persons unknown on Tuesday afternoon. Allmer said the FBI is continuing to pursue leads through the child's immediate and extended family, but she had still not been found as of noon on Wednesday.
