It looks like the divorce between Puddle of Mudd's Wes Scantlin and his wife Jessica Nicole Scantlin is getting nastier. TMZ reports that Jessica has asked a judge to throw out the couple's pre-nup agreement and give her half the assets Wes gained during their three-year marriage. She claims that Scantlin coerced her into signing the agreement just before their 2008 wedding, knowing she wouldn't refuse because her family had already invested a great deal of money in the ceremony.

Disturbed bassist John Moyer is going to be pretty busy during their hiatus. He took over a music school in Austin, Texas at the end of last year. And now he's just announced that he'll be touring with Adrenaline Mob, which features ex-Dream Theater drummer Mike Portnoy. They'll play their first show with Moyer on March 12th in New York.

Adrenaline Mob's debut album, Omerta, is due out March 13th.

Gorillaz have a new song due out on February 23rd. "Do Ya Thing" features ex-LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy and Andre 3000 of OutKast, and is part of Converse's Three Artists, One Song series. The track will be given away on the 23rd at Converse.com.
