Flat-track motorcycle racing is about to take over the Western Montana fair, and trust us, you don't want to miss it.

What exactly is flat track motorcycle racing? The easiest way to explain it is riders will race custom, crazy fast motorcycles around an oval track on pavement or dirt. It's exciting, loud, crazy, and incredibly fun to watch. This is an all-ages event, and it's definitely fun for the whole family. I remember going to races like this as a kid, and I can tell you first hand, it's nothing short of amazing. It's probably the most significant thing at this year's fair that I'm looking forward to, other than the food of course.  Check out this video to get a real feel for what you are about to see.

The "Lords of Dirt" featuring Keith Sayers, will be revving up the Western Montana Fair Sunday, August 14th, and we're hooking you up with free tickets. If you've been watching your station app, chances are you've got a notice to win. If not, ticket prices vary in cost up to around twenty dollars, but there are a ton of discounts you can take advantage of. If you would like to purchase them early, click the link HERE.

There is still time to register to race, volunteer, or score some pit passes. The Lords of Dirt website can get you all lined out, but don't delay. I know a lot of folks have been waiting all year for this event, so tickets and passes will probably go fast.

Oh, and one last side note, it's probably a good idea to bring ear protection, especially if you have some little ones joining you.
