Baby Hurt at Missoula’s Busy Hands Fun Center – Petition Launched
A Missoula mom's Facebook post went viral over the weekend and has resulted in a petition calling for Busy Hands Fun Center to be shut down.
According to the petition addressed toward John Tester, Steve Bullock, Steve Daines, Ryan Zinke and Andrew Person via Change.org, a 7-month-old child was dropped off at Busy Hands on Friday, March 31st. When the baby was picked up, she had injuries to her face and head.
According to Busy Hands staff and surveillance video, a two-year-old child allegedly attacked the baby and bit her face for approximately one minute and 29 seconds before being stopped by one of 2 staff members working at the time, resulting in 8 to 10 injuries to the baby.
The baby's mother, Tracy Blinov, reports that baby Eliana is on prescribed antibiotics for her wounds and that a report has been filed Child Family Services and the Missoula Police Department.
