
Body Found in Missoula Hotel Subject of Statewide U.S. Marshal’s Service BOLO Alert
The man whose body was found in a Missoula apartment early Tuesday morning has been identified as the subject of a statewide BOLO alert issued by the U.S. Marshall's Service.
The Missoula County Sheriff's Office has released the man's name. He is 26 year-old Joshua Nasseredine. According to an alert sent out by the U.S. Marshall's Service in Billings, Nasseredine was wanted on a probation violation here in Missoula for failure to report as a violent or sexual offender after being convicted of sexual intercourse without consent in Hill County.
Nasseredine's body was found in an apartment in the 1400 block of West Broadway. The Missoula County coroner has released his name, but the medical examiner is still waiting for a toxicology screen to determine the exact cause of death.
