‘Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul Was On ‘The Price Is Right’
As if it isn’t a big enough shock to the system to watch heavier episodes of ‘Breaking Bad,’ followed by Bryan Cranston‘s lighter work, so too does Aaron Paul’s past body of work provide endless fodder to measure against Jesse Pinkman. We’ve already seen what happens when Jesse Pinkman craves either Corn Pops or Juicy Fruit, but how would he handle himself against Bob Barker on ‘The Price is Right?’
Jesse Pinkman never managed his money very well throughout four seasons of ‘Breaking Bad,’ but how would portrayer Aaron Paul fare? That’s the question Paul had to face during his very own appearance on a 1998 episode of ‘The Price is Right!’ The clip was revealed on Paul’s interview last night on ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,’ where the actor was promoting the currently-airing fifth, and final season of ‘Breaking Bad.’
During the interview, Paul jokes that he hasn’t seen the game-show appearance since it aired, but also remembers that one of his earlier commercials aired during the show’s break, in a fit of coincidence. In the clip below, you’ll see a bespectacled, Texas t-shirt wearing Paul making his way down to the initial podium, with excitement very much akin to his ‘Breaking Bad’ character Jesse Pinkman.
Check out the clip below, and don’t forget to watch all-new episodes of ‘Breaking Bad’ Sundays at 10:00 p.m. on AMC!
