Instead, the post specifically addresses the property (Class A Retail Space approximately 2,828 sq ft), which sits on a .28-acre lot. In other words, it appears Cambie will continue to operate while the transfer of ownership takes place.
As a result of its close proximity to the University of Montana, the South Higgins corridor is rapidly becoming an attractive location for both university students and local residents. This fun location is rapidly becoming a favorite among those looking for a place to have coffee, get a bite to eat, grab a beer with friends/family or just hang out on Missoula’s southeast side.
The future of this property will be worth watching. Will the new owner retain the original configuration of the space, keep everything behind-the-scenes the same but change up the overall aesthetic, or will it simply turn into a church, dispensary or Lucky Lils?! Only time will tell.
