One of our hard working dads out in Bonner returned home yesterday (4/21) to find that his home had been burglarized. His surveillance camera shows a woman in a black cap with a long, blonde ponytail and a long sleeved black top entered his home between 4:20 and 4:30 p.m. The thief arrived as the passenger in what appears to be a silver 4-door car. She fills a large bag with things from the home, including a new Chromebook that was purchased for his young son to do school work from home during the pandemic. Stealing a child's laptop is pretty heinous, but the burglar did do one kind thing. When the guy's dog escaped, she got him back in the house before leaving with the stolen goods.

The homeowner is offering a $100 reward to the person who can ID the thief. If you know any pawn shop owners or anyone who bought a hot laptop in the last day or so, you might share this article with them. Thanks in advance, we hope this family gets their belongings back!
