The simple slogan "Spring Forward, Fall Back" give you the clue for setting your clock ahead an hour when you go to bed Saturday night.

Love it or hate it, the rest of the country is set to make the change .... except Hawaii and most of Arizona. Will Montana join them?

At the state legislature in Helena, Senate Bill 206 is up for a hearing in a Montana House committee next week. That bill would remove the Daylight Saving time requirement from Montana.

Local fire departments also suggest the time change weekend is a good time to replace batteries in home smoke detectors.
