COVID-19 Update: Montana Adds 1,372 New Cases, 10 More Deaths

As of Wednesday morning, Montana has confirmed 244,555 positive COVID-19 cases. Montana's COVID-19 case tracking map shows 1,372 new confirmed cases. There are currently 14,436 active cases in the state.

According to the Montana Department of Public Health & Human Services, 1,380,571 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered and 549,132 Montanans are fully immunized.

In Missoula, 190,652 doses have been administered and 75,296 people are fully immunized. 65% of Missoula's eligible population are fully vaccinated, which remains tied for the most in the state. You can find the current case numbers from the Missoula City-County Health Department right here.

According to state statistics, 227,093 Montana residents have recovered from COVID-19 and 340 people are currently hospitalized.

The number of tests increased by 4,074 over the previous 24-hour reporting period, for a new cumulative state-wide total of 2,517,154.

The state COVID-19 related death toll increased from 3,016 on Tuesday to 3,026 on Wednesday, according to state health officials.
