Michigan ‘Doctor’ In Trouble After Performing Illegal Liposuction on Patients in His Pole Barn
Want a questionable side job to make a little money under the table? How about illegal liposuction?! In Ganges Township, Mich., Dr. Bradley Bastow is in trouble after performing illegal surgeries on patients in a barn on his property.
Police received an emergency call from one of Bastow’s patient’s sisters after the patient was responding abnormally to being put under.
WOOD-TV8 reports that the woman said that her sister “just had some type of procedure done” and that she was “breathing funny.” The Ganges Township first responder won the day with his initial response when he said, “There’s some - excuse my language. There’s some weird s**t going on here.”
The woman is expected to be OK, but that Dr. Bastow is under investigation. His doctor’s license has been suspended and his barn office appears to be closed, causing sadness to spread in the local mom community.
Moral of the story: don't get liposuction done in a barn, people!
