DOJ Moves “All In” on Internet Gaming Indictment

Last week the U.S. Dept of Justice unsealed its indictment against the founders of PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker, and Absolute Poker on charges of bank fraud and money laundering. In the process they froze all of the websites assets. Including players winnings. That means, it may be awhile before players can collect their winnings (if ever). I know that Internet gaming has been hovering in a dangerous "grey' area with the federal government for years. But this time it looks like they mean business.
