Eagles Lodge Olympics & Party for Suicide Prevention
The Eagles Lodge on South Avenue behind Rosauers is always coming up with new ways to have fun while helping our community, and they've done it again with this weekend's Eagle Olympics.
Two important things to know about the Eagles, you don't have to be a member to hang there or participate in their awesome events. And, the reason they're in business is to give back to the community, most of their proceeds go directly to local non profits and fundraisers.
With that said, come check us out this Saturday (May 11th) for the 1st ever Eagle Olympics and silent auction. Registration starts at 2 p.m., games begin at 2:45 and the silent auction is from 2 to 5. Two player teams can sign up for $20 and games include tricycle races, beer pong, pantyhose bowling and a relay race that includes flip cup and an egg toss.
There will also be a BBQ with burgers and sides, come by and check out the silent auction! Items include a liquor basket, Starbucks basket, passes to Flying Squirrel and lots more. We are going for an 80's theme so do it up as there will be prizes for best costumes.
All proceeds will benefit Project Tomorrow and Partnership Health for suicide awareness and prevention.
