Farmer’s Almanac Predicts Frigid & Snowy Winter for Montana
Better start getting your shovels out now, just in case.
Farmer's Almanac, which uses experts to create long-range weather predictions every year, is guessing that Montana is set to have an especially cold winter this year. They've created a map for the whole country, and it looks like the North Central US is getting hit the hardest, described as "Frigid and Snowy."
The rest of the country seems pretty mild by comparison, with the closest probably being the Cold, Wintry Mix that's said to hit the Northeast. So if you're still in summer mode and haven't started prepping for winter yet, you may want to get on that. I'm just saying, it's probably cheaper to buy a winter coat in September than it is in December.
Are you ready for a harsh winter in Montana? Do you want to not even think about that and instead just enjoy Fall for a while?
