Hunting and fishing season's greetings to all of you out there. If you're still angling on the water, may your catch be less disturbing than this guy's.

AP tells us that a Michigan angler hauled in quite the prize on the Grand River. Now, to be clear, he wasn't "fishing" as much as he was magnetizing. Think underwater metal detector. This fellow uses a magnet to fish things out of the water.

Whether he went to the local watering hole to brag about his catch is unknown, but his "bait" recently attached itself to a World War I-era grenade. He was advised to call authorities, and they determined that it was German-made. It is in storage until it can be safely detonated.

I'm sticking to whitefish, bass and trout.
