Funny Tik Tok Star Shares Profanity Laced Poem at Glacier Park
Sometimes life can get you down. And sometimes all it takes is for someone to inspire you to pick yourself back up. Sometimes that can be a parent lending you a helping hand. A friend taking you out to talk over a drink. Or maybe just something like a song that resonates with what you are going through. Even poems can help people find their way out of a deep dark funk.
For me, it is better to give it to me straight. Don't sugarcoat it. If I need some tough love, then I expect it and accept it. When faced with hardship, sometimes people just need to hear how it is. It is not all rainbows and sunshine. Sometimes you just have to grin and bare it.
I have been following a Tik Tok creator by the name of Shawn Boland (rusty_eyeball.) He first caught my attention with his hilarious videos about how much he enjoys raising chickens. Spilling so many cusswords that a soldier in the Marine Corps might blush. But, he has a way of explaining things that I can truly understand.
Just recently, Shawn Boland made a trip to Glacier National Park. While he was there he was inspired to write a poem about mental health. Find a way with words to help people "un-f$%k" themselves. The video features footage of Lake McDonald in Glacier National Park. Describing how people with anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health issues are much like stones on the bottom of the lake.
