Goalie Battle: JC vs. Mike of Lansdowne
Pittsburgh Penguins play The Boston Bruins tonight at 7pm Eastern (5pm our time) but whats a game without a little friendly wager?
Lansdowne opened the Wilma for Pop Evil and Puddle of Mudd last week and I found out that bassist, Mike LaRoche, use to be a goalie and is an avid Bruins fan. I am also a goalie, but on the other hand, a huge Penguins fan with an ego to match. So we decided to make the game a little more interesting....
The Bet: If the Bruins win the game tonight, I will play Lansdowne's new single "Conquer Them All" during my show tomorrow, BUT If the Penguins win, Lansdown will post on their Facebook telling their fans to listen to MISSOULA's rock station over 963theblaze.com.
I am totally rooting for the Pens on this one but I do ask a favor from you guys. When the Pens win and Lansdowne honors their side of the bet, you guys should comment back on their post and let them know how much Montana and the Blaze mean to ya! IF the Bruins win, (and I do stress if...) you get to hear some great music. Win Win situation for you awesome listeners no matter what team you are rooting for! Are ya with me? Go Penguins!
