A two-week project to install water and sewer mains to the Providence Place subdivision will result in one-lane traffic on Fairgrounds Road in Hamilton. The digging will start Monday, April 20. Eastbound traffic will be allowed through the work zone for most of the project, while westbound traffic will be diverted to south to Marcus at Freeze Lane (east of Hamilton High School).

There will be a short time when the road will be completely closed and the eastbound traffic will be diverted to Marcus on Kurtz Lane (west of Hamilton High School). Officials expect one overnight closure when the water main is connected at the end of April. If you have questions, the Public Works Department is 363-6717.
