Horn Porn 2013 Winner – Luke Eckstein

It was a hunting season full of ups and downs. The Montana hunting season was a difficult one for most. For some, it was over too soon. We would like to say congratulations to this year's Horn Porn winner, Luke Eckstein.

This we we received a total of 26 photos, from some very lucky hunters and huntresses. My favorite part of each and every picture is the pride you see in everyone's faces. As each person who entered, was successful in their hunts, we can only have one winner. We randomly chose a winner from all who entered, and Luke is now the proud owner of a european mount from our friends at Big Sky Beetle Works.

Luke's season was short, as he was lucky enough to fill both his elk and deer tags, during Montana's archery season. When asked if he was bummed about missing a majority of the season, Luke said "as cool as it was to get both of my tags filled with archery equipment, I hope it never happens again." I would feel the same way, because for me, it isn't just about filling the tag, but hunting is all about the adventure.
