Host of Cosmos/Astrophysicists Neil deGrasse Tyson Sounds Stoned

I was geeking out hard last night and got caught up on the first 2 episodes of the series "Cosmos." Seth MacFarlane, creator of Family Guy, is the executive producer of the remake of a 1980's series. "Cosmos" is a lot like the Discovery channel show "Planet Earth," but a lot more intense. I started watching the first episode and by the end of the second episode i had rug burn on my chin from my mouth hanging open the whole time. It is pretty cool, but I am almost positive that the show's host is stoned. Neil deGrasse Tyson is a famous astrophysicist, but when you slow his voice down while he tries to explain astronomy, it almost sounds like he is completely baked.
