The season came to an end for both the Montana Grizzlies Men's Basketball team and the Montana Lady Griz on Tuesday. Just two short days after the season's finality, both teams were hit by the portal.

Griz Men's Basketball

Reynolds played one season at Montana after redshirting last year. He scored 5 points over 11 games. With the Griz losing five seniors after this season, it would be expected the underclassmen would see an uptick in minutes next year. Perhaps, however, he wants to pursuit a smaller school as his dad, mom and brother all did (Montana Western and MSU-Northern).

Lady Griz Basketball

A week after freshman standout Macey Huard announced her declaration for the transfer portal, super sophomore Libby Stump put her name into the portal Thursday morning. Andrew Houghton of Skyline Sports tweeted it this morning.

Stump tore her ACL back on December 6th against LMU on School Day. She was phenomenal her freshman year averaging 10 points a game off the bench with a pair of 20-point performances (career-high 21 VS Montana State).

I won't lie... working closely with the teams makes it real difficult to see these kids leave. But we wish Libby and Chase the best of luck moving forward.

[UPDATE]

After this article was originally published, Griz guard Giordan Williams is transferring per Kyle Hansen at MTN Sports.
