Montana is a place like no other. There is a reason why some people call it the "Last Best Place". I take pride in the fact that I am from Montana. When I travel and meet people, a lot of times they have questions about the place we call home. There are few questions that I have had to answer more than once. Here are some myths that people seem to still believe about Montana.

Mountains All Over the State- Montana does have mountains, some of the most beautiful on the planet. That is only part of the story of our state. We have plains, prairies, and grasslands too. That is one of the reasons, I find Montana to be a magical state. We have such diversity in our landscape, that there is something for everyone.
