That's where the Farmer's Almanac comes in. The almanac has been around since 1792 giving useful tips about planting seasons and weather forecasts. The almanac has released it last 'frost dates' for Montana. These are the dates when we are expected to see the last frost of the season before next fall. We are also expecting a warmer than normal spring in Montana.

  • Butte - June 13
  • Bozeman - May 26
  • Billings - May 4
  • Kalispell - May 12
