FSK Now Open in Missoula: What to Expect From This New Local Dining Spot
The past year has been exciting for some of Missoula's most well known restaurants. The Food Network's Guy Fieri brought his "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives" program to the Garden City to highlight some of our favorite establishments.

One of the places Fieri visited on his trip was Biga Pizza. Bob Marshall, the owner of Biga, has appeared on the Food Network before with Guy Fieri on Fieri's "Guy's Grocery Games".
Daniel Matthews, who used to work at Biga Pizza, and his wife Megan, who used to work at the Burns Street Bistro, according to a Burns Street Bistro Instagram post, have opened a new Missoula restaurant called FSK. Which stands for fork, spoon and knife. According to FSK's Instagram, it's open as of this morning.
FSK will be offering weekday breakfast, lunch, and a social hour. They will offer brunch on Saturdays starting at 9 a.m. I reached out to FSK about the opening and for the moment they have been incredibly busy, understandably, getting the restaurant up and running. FSK will be located in the old Sonny's Original location at 6170 Butler Creek Road.

The opening of FSK highlights Missoula's focus on community with both owners having worked at Biga Pizza and Burns Street Bistro. Now it is their opportunity to open their own space and carry on the tradition of creative, tasty, and locally owned dining. With the excitement online FSK is generating, it may soon become a local favorite.
