Montana Grizzly Football Stadium Will be a Sea of Pink Saturday

With the Grizzlies undefeated so far, Saturday’s game promises excitement on the field and a powerful message off it. Grab your pink sign and join the rally!

This Saturday, October 18, is the University of Montana's annual Think Pink game! Show your support for all those who have faced the challenges of cancer and be part of a rousing moment of solidarity, when all Griz fans will raise pink signs and stand united in support of survivors on the field and across the stadium.

THE SIGNS WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU AT YOUR SEATS

Thanks for a community-wide effort and the support of Advanced Imaging, the official cancer awareness partner of the Montana Grizzlies volunteers will tape 25,000 11x17-inch Breast Cancer Awareness signs on every seat in Washington-Grizzly Stadium for a one-of-a-kind moment of solidarity in support of breast cancer awareness and cancer survivors during the Think Pink game that afternoon.

It takes a lot of volunteers, who will working two shifts, either 6:00 till 8:00 am or 8:00 till 10:00 am on Saturday. Some volunteers have signed up to cover both shifts! THE GAME

The Montana Grizzly football team, now 6-0 on the season and ranked #4 in the country, will be hosting Sacred Heart University from Fairfield CT. The Pioneers are an independent, next season becoming a member of the Coastal Athletic Association, like the Big Sky Conference, a member of the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS). Sacred Heart is 5-2 so far this season, and has already played one nationally ranked team, losing to #7 Lehigh 28-10 in early September.

Kickoff Saturday is at 1:00 pm. at Wear pink and show support for breast cancer awareness.
