Kids Can ‘Submerge’ Themselves in This Missoula Easter Egg Hunt
Holy water wings! Who knew the Easter Bunny was an accomplished swimmer?
Well, some-bunny had to do it. And if the event turns out to be eggs-ellent this Saturday, maybe it will become a rabbit habit featuring sunken tr-egg-sure every year!
WAS OUR FLOPPY-EARED FRIEND TRYING TO POACH THEM?
Currents Aquatics Center in Missoula's McCormick Park proudly announces their Underwater Easter Egg Hunt, this Saturday, April 1. You see, the Easter Bunny decided to hide brightly colored eggs in one of the Aquatic Center pools, but now needs help getting them out. All kids are invited to participate. And as a way of saying thank you, they can turn in the eggs they gather for a prize.
Don't worry, parents. The kids will be divided into age groups. The first hunt will be at 10:15 a.m. for ages 4 and under. Then, after that age group is finished, it will the 5, 6 and 7-year-old age group's turn, followed by kids age 8 and up. There was no mention of a maximum age for Easter egg hunters, so if you do have a question or concern about that, you can contact the Missoula Parks and Recreation office, 406-721-PARK (7275), or send an email inquiry, firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLEASE NOTE: All kids age 6 and under must accompanied in the water by an adult.
